Terms and Conditions

The use of this web site is governed by these terms and conditions.  To help us serve you better, please take few minutes to read them.  We reserve our right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.  Therefore, we encourage you to read them each time you make a purchase from our web site or from our store.  These terms and conditions shall serve as a binding contract between 7 furniture (also referred to herein as “we”) and our Customer (also referred to herein as “you”).

Payment Terms

All purchases shall be paid in full prior to delivery.  A minimum of 50% deposit shall be paid during purchase in order to have the merchandise reserved, if in stock, or ordered if not in stock.  The balance shall be paid prior to delivery or COD.  When a credit card number is provided as a guarantee, Customer authorizes 7 furniture to charge deposit and/or balance to the said credit card account.  In the event a personal check is provided, the check shall be deposited in 7 furniture account and cleared prior to scheduling a delivery for the purchased items.  Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.  If you wish to cancel your order, the terms of our return policy shall apply.  Delinquent balances due to 7 furniture will be subject to a monthly interest rate of 1.5%, and additional charges such as collection costs and attorney fees shall apply.


Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the purchase date and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are non refundable and the Customer is responsible for repackaging and return transportation.  Returned items must be shipped to 7 furniture warehouse in their original packaging with no signs of use, wear or damage.  Upon receipt, 7 furniture will inspect the returned items for any damage and reserves the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return, or deduct any damage repair cost from the refund balance.  Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the returned items.

Clearance and Close-Out Items

Clearance and close-out items cannot be returned or exchanged.  All such sales are final and items are sold “as is”.


Delivery shall be scheduled at the time of purchase if the items are in stock, or when the items arrive to 7 furniture warehouse if the items are not in stock.  At the time of delivery, the Customer, or another authorized agent who can sign on the Customer’s behalf, shall be present and shall inspect and accept the delivered items.  The Customer is responsible for making sure the purchased items can fit in their intended locations and through passageways and elevators, and for clearing the designated space and the path leading to it from any obstacles in advance of the delivery time.  If at the scheduled time of delivery, the Customer could not accept the delivery or there was no body home, a re-delivery charge shall apply.

Although we exert our best effort to deliver on time, unexpected delays in production, container loading and shipments and port clearances, may delay the delivery or the purchased items.  We will advise you of such delay in a timely manner and inform you of a new date for delivery.

Damaged Items

At the time of delivery, the Customer, or his authorized agent, is required to thoroughly inspect the products received and observe any defects or damages.  If any unacceptable damages are observed, a detailed description should be noted on the delivery receipt.  The Customer should then contact us within 24 hours and inform us of the damages. 

If the damaged product cannot be repaired, a replacement will be arranged as soon as it is practically possible.  In the event a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the same form of original payment within 14 days from the date when the products are returned.

It is the Customer’s full responsibility to inspect the products before accepting delivery.  If a damage is discovered after the products have been received and accepted, 7 furniture will not be responsible for any replacement or return.

Customer Pick-up

You have the option to make arrangements to have your order picked up from our warehouse and shipped by your preferred carrier.  In this case, 7 furniture will not be responsible for any costs or damages associated with such shipment.  The items shall be inspected and accepted by your carrier or authorized agent prior to loading, and any damages discovered afterward will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.


7 furniture warrants to the Customer that goods shall be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of Customer’s receipt of products.

Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is received or from exposure to weather or extreme atmospheric conditions is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is subject to normal use under normal conditions. 

Proper care and usage are essential to preserving the Customer’s rights under this warranty.  This warranty does not apply if your 7 furniture merchandise is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other chemicals, or if exposed to sunlight or extreme heat (except for outdoor items suitable for such use).

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, stains, or indentations.

This warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated “as is” at time of purchase.

Because of craftsmanship or use of natural materials in 7 furniture products, normal variations can occur from piece to piece. This warranty does not cover such variations.

If any model or sample is shown to Customer, such model or sample is used merely to illustrate the general type and quality of goods, and not to represent that goods supplied to Customer will necessarily conform in all respects to the sample or model. 

7 furniture will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage other than to the furniture itself that may result from a defect in the product.

This warranty becomes effective with the delivery date. 


7 furniture will repair any piece of furniture that is defective in material or workmanship as soon as it is practically possible.  If 7 furniture determines that a repair is impractical, the Customer will be furnished a substitute of the same or similar product.  If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued within 14 days from the date of the return of the defective merchandise
